Things are settling down
now in Burrwood Forest, after a spectacular Thanksgiving
week. We don't eat Turkey on Thanksgiving - after
all, we are only little burrs. We usually feast
on berries, bark, and sweet hazelnuts. Except when
we venture out to the orchard nearby and bring back
an apple. It takes ten burrs just to carry it, but
it makes a great feast!
Now we are storing food for
the cold winter months. Since we are so small, one
inch of snow is over our heads. So we usually make
tunnels to get from one place to another.
Well, that's all for today.
I'll write here again soon!
