Marketing interns assist in a variety of ways, including the following
areas:
Mailing list
-
- Update contact information (address and phone) for the comprehensive mailing
lists
- Assist in mailing of newsletters and press releases.
Marketing packages
-
- Learn about the company's full range of offerings
- Review available marketing material (articles, press releases, demo reels)
- Customize packages to clients based on their individual needs
- Coordinate and ship outgoing packages
- Pre-pack generic marketing packages
General press
-
- Use Photoshop to scan, layout, and print feature articles and press releases.
- Maintain our supply of marketing materials including newsletters, brochures, press releases, and articles.
- Keep press area replenished with marketing accessories.
Conferences/Special events
-
- Assist in assembling press kits, conference hand-outs, signage
- Assist in trade show and film festival research and entries.
General office-
- Pitch in with other interns for errands, web research, phone calls, and general
office help.
Full and part-time unpaid internships are available.
