Return Policy

We love our products and hope you will too. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) providing:

You return FableVision Learning products within 60 days of receipt. (Returns older than 60 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.)
The product must be complete (unused) and in resalable condition.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be written on the package (or included in the box). To obtain a RMA number, simply call 1-888-240-3734 or email us today. Please be sure to include all relevant information including your full name, address, and reason for return. Returns without an RMA number are subject to a restocking fee.

We strongly recommend that you keep the tracking number for your return shipment, use a sturdy shipping box, and include all original parts including packaging. Non-resalable or incomplete returns will not receive full credit.
